How to Use Use 2 times a week, preferably in the evening for normal skin type. For oily or combination skin, it can be used 2-3 times a week depending on need and sensitivity. Apply the product to a damp face and massage in circular motions for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water. Avoid using excessively hot water to prevent skin dryness.
