Pranarom Scotch Pine Essential Oil 10ml - Pranarom's Scotch Pine Essential Oil is a 100% pure, chemotyped, natural, and organic (USDA and EcoCert certified) product obtained by steam distillation of pine needles and twigs. It has a pure, refreshing scent. Key properties and benefits: • Antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal, analgesic action • Improves blood circulation in the skin • Clears airways, thins mucus, facilitates breathing • Soothes irritated throat and bronchi • Ideal for colds, bronchitis, sinusitis • Cleanses and protects airways from infections • Promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces swelling Recommended use: • Bronchitis, sinusitis, cough, laryngitis, spasms • Sciatica, lumbago, arthritis, rheumatism • Severe fatigue, exhaustion • Dry skin, psoriasis, eczema, excessive sweating • Neurasthenia, mild depression How to use: • Internally: Place 1 drop on a neutral tablet or ½ tsp of honey and take 3 times a day, maximum 3 drops (100 mg) per day • Topically: Dilute 3 drops of essential oil in 5 drops of a carrier vegetable oil (almond, jojoba) and apply to the affected or problem area as needed (e.g., on the back, chest, or joints) 3 times a day • For inhalation: (Cold + Immunity) - Add 3 drops of Scotch Pine essential oil; 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil; 3 drops of Ravintsara essential oil to a diffuser and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes • Be sure to avoid eyes - close eyes to prevent irritation Safety precautions: • Do not use in children under 6 years of age, during pregnancy and lactation • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose • The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle • Store away from heat and light, out of reach of children • Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients Composition: Scotch Pine Essential Oil.
