Fafina Whole Grain Oat Flakes - Fafina Oats are rich in beta-glucan, which lowers bad cholesterol and helps protect the cardiovascular system. Instructions: Add 200g of oat bran to 500ml of water or milk, cook for 3 minutes, cover and let stand for another 2 minutes after cooking, salt to taste. Recommended 3 times a week, as desired.
