It is used as an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic agent for respiratory system infections such as colds, flu, and sinusitis. Lemon (Citrus × limon L.) - The composition of lemon essential oil includes: (+)-limonene, β-pinene, γ-terpinene, geranial, α-pinene, sabinene, β-myrcene + methylheptenone, and neral. It is used for colds, swine flu, and tinnitus. It also aids digestion and has anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and circulation-promoting properties. Primula (Primula veris L.) - It contains triterpene saponins, flavone glycosides, methoxyflavones, and other flavonoids.
