What is it?
Sinus Box Nasal Rinse Packet + Bottle with Applicator Ingredients: 1 sachet contains: 2445mg (Pediatric Formula - 1222.5mg) sodium chloride and 5mg (Pediatric Formula - 2.5mg) sodium bicarbonate mixture. "Sinus Box" is a pH-balanced formula that ensures the health of the nasal cavity and sinuses. Usage: Sinus Box Kit for Adults and Children is a product intended for nasal and sinus rinsing. The Sinus Box Kit consists of an irrigator (in the form of a soft plastic bottle ending with an applicator) and 25 sachets for preparing the solution. Sinus Box (Adult and Pediatric) is an innovative product for nasal irrigation, used and effective for the following problems: Infectious and allergic rhinitis; Acute and chronic sinusitis; "Post-nasal drip" syndrome; Snoring; Nasal dryness; Hypertrophic rhinitis during pregnancy; Before and after nasal and sinus surgical procedures; High concentration of dust in the air (to cleanse the nasal cavity); Risk of viral infection (for prophylactic nasal hygiene); Nasal and sinus hygiene. Instructions for Use and Preparation: Carefully wash the bottle with warm tap water (do not use detergents). Fill the "Sinus Box" bottle to the marked line (240 ml for adults and 120 ml for children) with still mineral water or pre-boiled water. Use water at a temperature of +35°C to +40°C (if hot, cool it down) and fill the bottle to the marked line (240 ml or 120 ml); Dissolve one sachet in it (a pH-balanced solution is obtained). Shake the bottle until the solution is completely dissolved in the water. Administration: Tilt your head forward at a 30-degree angle towards the sink and place the irrigator tip into one nostril. Gently squeeze the bottom of the bottle so that the solution enters the nostril and exits from the other nostril. Breathe through your open mouth during rinsing (half of the bottle's volume should enter each nostril - 120 ml for adults and 60 ml for children). After rinsing, pause for a moment with your head tilted forward. Repeat the same procedure for the other nostril. Afterwards, gently blow your nose. After use, wash the bottle as described above; Children aged 6 and above can use "Sinus Box Kids" with adult assistance and supervision; Used 2 times a day in children and adults. The last procedure of the day is preferably performed 1 or 2 hours before bedtime. Special Instructions: For regular use, it is recommended to replace the bottle every 3 months. The prepared solution should not be stored for more than 12 hours. Each bottle is intended for 1 person only.
