Cysteane Ultra Eye Lubricant Drops is a sterile, preservative-free solution containing Sodium Hyaluronate, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Propylene Glycol, Hydroxypropyl Guar, Sorbitol, Aminomethyl Propanol, Boric Acid, Sodium Borate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, and Purified Water. May contain Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide to adjust pH. Clinical Benefits When used as directed, the lubricating eye drops: • Provide protection to the eye surface. • Improve vision. • Enhance tear film retention on the eye surface. • Provide hydration/rehydration of contact lenses. • Provide lubrication and cushioning of contact lenses. Indication Lubricating eye drops are indicated for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye. Directions: • Hold the bottle directly below the cap and twist the cap to open. • Prior to first use, hold the bottle at approximately a 90-degree angle and dispense one drop of product. Tap the bottle downward to remove any residual product. • Lubricating eye drops may be used as needed throughout the day to relieve dry eye symptoms. It may also be used before and after wearing contact lenses. • Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and blink. • When wearing contact lenses, if minor irritation, discomfort, or blurring occurs, instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) and blink 2 or 3 times. • After use, before replacing the cap on the bottle, tap the bottle downward to remove any residual product that may be trapped in the tip. • Close the bottle. • Do not store above 30 C. • Keep out of reach of children.
