What is it?
Sleepfix Plus + B6 Composition: Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Lactose monohydrate; Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide; Humectant: Polyvinyl alcohol; Moisturizer: Polyethylene glycol; Talc; Coloring agent: Calcium carbonate, Carmine. Indication: Helps the body adapt during travel and time zone changes; Positively affects people under stress who suffer from insomnia and fatigue; Promotes quick falling asleep and ensures peaceful and complete sleep throughout the night; Promotes normal functioning of the nervous system, reduces feelings of lethargy and fatigue. Melatonin is naturally secreted in the human body and is responsible for the onset and quality of sleep, as well as the normal sleep-wake rhythm in accordance with the daily cycle of light and darkness. With age, melatonin synthesis in the body decreases, leading to insomnia and deterioration of sleep quality. Melatonin ensures: Reduced time needed to fall asleep Easy adaptation of the body to time zone changes after travel A positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. A positive effect is achieved with a minimum dose of 0.5 mg of melatonin taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at the destination. Valerian extract helps reduce nervous tension and positively affects people under stress who suffer from insomnia and fatigue. Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that promotes normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces feelings of lethargy and fatigue. In combination with melatonin and valerian, it ensures faster falling asleep and improves sleep quality. Sleepfix Plus + B6 does not cause addiction or morning drowsiness. Dosage: Adults over 18 years of age: 1 tablet per day, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if you are under 18 years of age. Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 5 hours after taking the product. Storage: Store at a temperature below 25°C, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight.
