Odeemi ODM Hyperosmolar Solution for the Eye, Preservative-Free Description: 10 ml multi-dose bottle, preservative-free. Composition: Sodium Chloride 5% (sodium chloride), Sodium Hyaluronate 0.15% (sodium hyaluronate). Excipients: Purified water, trisodium citrate dihydrate, citric acid monohydrate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. ODM 5® contains sodium hyaluronate. This component is naturally present in the eye and acts as a lubricant, protecting the cornea. When to use ODM 5®? ODM 5® is recommended for corneal edema caused by corneal dystrophies, or post-traumatic and post-surgical edema. Corneal edema is characterized by the accumulation of excess fluid in the cornea.
