Proctalurone 5mg #10 Description and Composition One rectal suppository contains: Sodium hyaluronate 5.90 mg (equivalent to 5.00 mg hyaluronic acid), hard fat, Centella asiatica oil extract, Aloe oil-soluble extract, Calendula oil extract, tea tree oil, butylated hydroxytoluene, propylparaben, isobutylparaben, butylparaben. Description White or almost white odorless suppository. Area of Use Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide, a natural biopolymer, which is an important component of intercellular connective tissue. Its physical and biochemical properties contribute to interaction with other molecules and cells, making hyaluronic acid participation in certain biological processes important. Hyaluronic acid reacts with molecules and is important for maintaining skin tone and elasticity. Together with proteoglycan molecules, hyaluronic acid stabilizes the intercellular mass of connective tissue. The physicochemical properties of hyaluronic acid create physiological conditions at the wound site that promote healing. It is a factor that promotes rapid regeneration of the mucous membrane of the anorectal canal. Proctalurone is used in the following cases: - Regeneration of the anorectal canal after surgical intervention, internal and external hemorrhoids, inflammation of the anal ring (including fissures and anal fistula).
