What is it?

International Nonproprietary Name - Methyluracil+Lidocaine Composition of the preparation 1 g of stomagel contains: Active substances: Methyluracil (International Nonproprietary Name Methyluracilum) - 5 mg, Lidocaine hydrochloride International Nonproprietary Name (Lidocaini hydrochloridum) - 20 mg. Excipients: Pine essential oil heavy fraction, lecithin, Sylbiol α-tocopherol, methylparahydroxybenzoate, monoethanolamide of undecylenic acid, carbomer, trolamine, ethyl alcohol, distilled water. Dosage form Gel for oral mucosa application. Pharmacotherapeutic group Local remedy for oral diseases. Indications for use Inflammatory and necrotic processes of the oral mucosa: acute stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis. Dry mouth and burning sensation caused by microbial or fungal infection. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity to active substances and/or any other component; - The gel is contraindicated in acute and chronic leukemic forms of leukemia, lymphogranulomatosis, malignant diseases of the bone marrow, severe liver diseases, as well as hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics or to the components of the gel; - In children under 3 years of age. Special instructions Do not allow the gel to come into contact with the eyes, as it has mild irritant properties towards the ocular mucosa. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of warm water. Pregnancy and lactation No restrictions on use.
