- Sulsena Anti-Dandruff Shampoo First step in solving dandruff problems and its results: Shampoo action: Sulsena® anti-dandruff formula is based on the dermatological active component selenium disulfide (SeS2), which has a unique ability to target the cause of dandruff, the yeast fungus Pityrosporum Ovale. Selenium disulfide is the only anti-dandruff component with a triple effect: Cytostatic – regulates epidermal cell renewal by normalizing the function of the sebaceous glands.
