Thioretin Immuno, biologically active supplement, double-coated oral tablets Composition: 1 tablet: Alpha-lipoic acid: 400mg; Genistein: 80mg; Vitamin B1: 1.1mg; Vitamin B12: 2.5mcg; Vitamin B6: 1.4mg; Vitamin B2: 1.4mg; Vitamin C: 40mg; Vitamin PP: 8.0mg; Vitamin E: 6.0mg. Indications: Thioretin Immuno is indicated for increased need or insufficient dietary supply of its components. Substances in Thioretin Immuno help with: Treatment of peripheral neuropathy and diabetic retinopathy. Treatment of glaucoma. Treatment of chronic liver diseases. Normal functioning of the nervous system. Collagen formation and normal functioning of blood vessels. Protection of cells from oxidative stress. Regeneration of Vitamins E and C. Normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. Formation of red blood cells. Maintenance of visual functions. Genistein and peripheral neuropathy - Genistein and gabapentin have similar effects in terms of anti-inflammatory, neuroregeneration, and neuropathic pain on experimental models. Genistein can be considered an alternative to gabapentin in cases of peripheral nerve damage. Genistein and diabetic retinopathy - Diabetic retinopathy is associated with hyperactivation of microglial cells in the retina and high concentrations of cytokines. Genistein, as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has shown anti-inflammatory effects. Genistein reduces diabetes-induced neuroinflammation by engaging in inflammatory signaling pathways (ERK and P38 MAPKs) caused by microglial cell activation. Genistein significantly protects the morphology of the posterior retinal layer and reduces vascular permeability. Genistein and glaucoma - High levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) cause neuronal damage. Genistein reduces tumor necrosis factor-alpha-induced neurovascular inflammation. Genistein and chronic liver diseases - HSC cells play a crucial role in the development of liver fibrosis. Genistein prevents the development of fibrotic tissue in the liver by suppressing the proliferation of lipocytes (HSC cells). Genistein improves liver histological, ultrasound, and laboratory parameters. Genistein and cardioprotection - Genistein is characterized by its ability to relax the endothelium of arteries, while simultaneously preventing the formation of atherosclerotic plaques on blood vessel walls.
