- Composition: Thiamazole Indications: Treatment of hyperthyroidism, including: conservative treatment of hyperthyroidism, especially with small or absent goiter; preparation for surgery in all forms of hyperthyroidism; preparation for radioactive iodine treatment, particularly in patients with severe forms of thyrotoxicosis; intermittent treatment after radioactive iodine therapy; prophylactic treatment of subclinical hyperthyroidism, patients with autonomous adenoma or a history of thyrotoxicosis who require iodine intake (e.g., examination using iodine-containing contrast agents). Contraindications: Thirozol should not be administered to patients who have: hypersensitivity to thiamazole, other thiourea derivatives, or any excipients; moderate and severe changes in blood count (granulocytopenia); pre-existing cholestasis not related to hyperthyroidism; bone marrow damage after treatment with thiamazole or carbimazole. Combined therapy with thiamazole and thyroid hormones is contraindicated during pregnancy. General dosage recommendations: Depending on the severity of the disease and iodine intake with antithyroid therapy, treatment is usually initiated with a daily dose of thiamazole from 10 to 40mg. - Состав: Тиамазол Показания: Лечение гипертиреоза, в том числе: консервативное лечение гипертиреоза, особенно при небольшом или отсутствующем зобе; подготовка к хирургическому вмешательству при всех формах гипертиреоза; подготовка к лечению радиоактивным йодом, в частности, у пациентов с тяжелыми формами тиреотоксикоза; для промежуточного лечения после прерывистого лечения радиоактивным йодом; профилактическое лечение пациентов с субклинической формой гипертиреоза, автономной аденомой или анамнезом тиреотоксикоза, которым необходимо поступление йода (например, при обследовании с использованием йодсодержащих контрастных веществ). Противопоказания: Тирозол не следует назначать пациентам с: повышенной чувствительностью к тиамазолу, другим производным тиомочевины или любому вспомогательному веществу; умеренными и тяжелыми изменениями в анализе крови (гранулоцитопения); предшествующим холестазом, не связанным с гипертиреозом; повреждением костного мозга в анамнезе после лечения тиамазолом или карбимазолом. Комбинированная терапия тиамазолом и гормонами щитовидной железы противопоказана во время беременности. Общие рекомендации по дозировке: В зависимости от тяжести заболевания и поступления йода при антитиреоидной терапии, как правило, лечение начинают с суточной дозы тиамазола от 10 до 40мг. Условия хранения: Хранить в сухом, недоступном для детей месте, при температуре не выше 25C. Условия отпуска: Фармацевтическая группа II, отпускается по рецепту формы N3
