What is it?
Palette - ICC C10 Hair Dye with high-intensity pigments that penetrate deep into the hair structure and protect hair from fading. Contains triple keratin, panthenol makes hair soft and smooth. Completely covers gray hair. Contents: Dye Cream: Cetearyl Alcohol, Ammonium Hydroxide, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteareth-20, Octyldodecanol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Serine, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Parfum, Oleic Acid, Potassium Tallowate, Potassium Hydroxide, Ascorbic Acid, Linoleamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Sulfate, Developing Emulsion: Aqua, Paraffinum Liquidum, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-40 Castor Oil, Sodium Cetearyl Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, 6-Dicarboxylic Pyridine, Disodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Benzoate. Conditioner: Cetearyl Alcohol, Quaternium-87, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Panthenol, Prunus Armeniaca Kernel Oil, Niacinamide, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Ceteareth-20, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Myristate, Distearoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate, Glycerin, Behentrimonium Chloride, Lactic Acid, Butylphenyl Methylpropional. Instructions for use: It is not recommended to wash hair 24–48 hours before coloring, wear gloves, open the developer emulsion bottle, transfer the contents into a glass or porcelain bowl, add the dye cream, for very short hair use only half of the dye content. Do not use metal utensils, stir until all components are homogeneous, cover shoulders with a towel, for best results start rubbing the cream into hair immediately, do not store unused mixture. Apply the mixture to dry hair with a brush and comb, start applying 2 cm from the roots of the hair, leave on for 30-40 minutes. Depending on the color intensity you want to achieve.
