Tonsilgon N Tablets Composition: 1 Tonsilgon N tablet contains powdered preparations: Marshmallow root (Althaeae radix) 8mg Chamomile flower (Matricariae flos) 6mg Horsetail herb (Equiseti herba) 10mg Walnut leaves (Juglandis folium) 12mg Yarrow herb (Millefolii herba) 4mg Oak bark (Quercus Cortex) 4mg Dandelion herb (Taraxaci herba) 4mg Indications for use: Acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis) Prevention of complications resulting from respiratory viral infections and as an adjunct therapy during antibiotic treatment of bacterial infections. Dosage and administration: In case of acute symptoms: Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age should take 2 coated tablets 5-6 times a day. Children aged 6-11 years should take 1 coated tablet 5-6 times a day. After the symptoms have subsided, treatment with Tonsilgon®N should be continued for another 1 week. After the acute symptoms of the disease have subsided: Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age should take 2 coated tablets 3 times a day. Children aged 6-11 years should take 1 coated tablet 3 times a day. The coated tablet should be swallowed whole, without chewing, with a small amount of water. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients of the medicinal product Allergic reactions to flowers of the Asteraceae family. Pregnancy and lactation: Since there is insufficient experience with use during pregnancy and lactation, this medication should only be prescribed during pregnancy and lactation by a doctor after a strict risk-benefit assessment.
