What is it?
Name - Ulceron-Kit Tablet+Capsule 30mg+500mg+250mg #14 Indication: Ulceron is used for peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum, and chronic gastritis (for the treatment and eradication therapy of H. pylori infection). Dosage and Administration: Each Ulceron kit contains 1 capsule of Lansoprazole (30 mg), 1 tablet of Tinidazole (500 mg), and 1 tablet of Clarithromycin (250 mg), calculated for one dose. Ulceron is administered orally, 1 capsule of Lansoprazole, 1 tablet of Tinidazole, and 1 tablet of Clarithromycin twice daily, in the morning and evening. The Lansoprazole capsule should be swallowed whole (the capsule should not be chewed or opened). Each box contains 14 kits, providing 7 days of therapy. Side Effects: Gastrointestinal system: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, anorexia, dry mouth, metallic taste in the mouth, stomatitis, glossitis, increased activity of liver transaminases. Allergic reactions: rash, itching, urticaria. Other: headache, dizziness, drowsiness, development of secondary resistance of microorganisms, thrombocytopenia, anemia. Tinidazole may cause transient leukopenia. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to Lansoprazole, Tinidazole, or Clarithromycin, central nervous system diseases, pathological blood changes, liver and/or kidney failure, porphyria, pregnancy, breastfeeding period.
