What is it?
Unised Herbal sedative with magnesium content Composition: Bergamot - 50mg; Hops (Humulus lupulus) - 100mg; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) - 300mg; Valerian Extract (Valeriana officinalis) - 300mg; Magnesium (Magnesium) - 250mg. Unised contains the highest concentration of ingredients with a sedative effect. The daily therapeutic dose for sedation for an average weight person is 1 tablet. Passionflower extract contains alkaloids and flavonoid-vitexin, has a calming effect on the central nervous system, helps restore sleep, reduces anxiety and neurotic conditions, has a spasmolytic effect on smooth muscles, and improves heart function. Magnesium is a vitally important element present in all cells under normal body conditions. Physiologically, magnesium is a cation, predominantly intracellular. Magnesium ions reduce neuronal excitability, play a significant role in maintaining ionic balance in muscles, and slow down neuromuscular transmission. Magnesium deficiency is accompanied by irritability, sleep disturbances, muscle weakness, tremor, tetany, increased reflex excitability, heart rhythm disturbances with extrasystoles and tachycardia, and digestive system dysfunction with diarrhea. Magnesium deficiency can be primary, due to congenital disorders of magnesium metabolism, or secondary, due to insufficient magnesium intake, impaired gastrointestinal absorption, excessive renal excretion, or increased body demand for magnesium (increased physical and mental exertion, stress, pregnancy). Hops have a calming effect on the central nervous system, reduce pain, the possibility of developing cramps, and have a mild hypnotic effect. Valerian promotes natural sleep. The calming effect develops gradually and is stable. Bergamot relieves fatigue, nervous tension, and stress. Indications: Increased excitability, irritability; mild forms of neurasthenia, initial stage of hypertension; post-stress conditions, fear with accompanying tension, tachycardia, and shortness of breath; emotional tension; decreased concentration; sleep disturbances; headaches and migraines caused by nervous tension (as part of combination therapy); climacteric syndrome; "manager syndrome" (state of constant mental tension); angioneurosis (cardiovascular system) and vegetoneurosis (vegeto-vascular dystonia).
