What is it?
4 Grain Flakes are made from selected grains of rye, wheat, oats, and barley without additives and preservatives. Contains natural vitamins and minerals. Flakes can be added to kefir, yogurt, or kissel. Also, use for baking cakes, pies, and pastries. Ingredients: Rye flakes, wheat flakes, oat flakes, barley flakes. Contains gluten. May contain traces of lactose. Does not contain GMOs. Preparation recommendation: For 1 serving – 40g: Add 130g flakes to 260-300 ml of boiled water, milk, or juice. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Let stand for 1 minute covered. Add salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries, or jam to taste. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and humidity not exceeding 75%, in a place protected from foreign odors. Volume: 500g
