What is it?
Oats bran is made from the outer layers of oat grains, without additives and preservatives. It contains a significant amount of natural proteins, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, and β-glucan. Bran creates a feeling of quick satiety and suppresses hunger. It positively affects intestinal microflora. Ingredients: Oats bran. Contains gluten. May contain traces of lactose. Does not contain GMOs. Usage recommendation: The daily norm of oats bran should not exceed 2 tablespoons. You can add it to salads, dishes, desserts, and pastries. You can also dissolve it in kefir, matsoni, or yogurt. Preparation recommendation: Pour boiling water over 1 tsp oats bran, let it steep for 20-30 minutes. Then drain the liquid. The product is ready for use. Mix 1 tsp oats bran with liquid (matsoni, juice, yogurt, kissel), let it steep for 10-15 minutes. The product is ready for use. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 20°C and humidity not exceeding 75%, in a place protected from foreign odors. Volume: 400g
