It inhibits the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms in the urethra and bladder and their adhesion to the urinary tract epithelium, and changes the pH of urine to create an unfavorable environment for bacterial growth. It has antibacterial action, is particularly active against E. coli, and also possesses anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticancerogenic, and antispasmodic effects. It improves kidney function and increases diuresis, stimulates the excretion of uric acid salts, dissolves oxalates, phosphates, and urates, and prevents crystal formation, stone formation, and growth. It promotes functional normalization of the upper and lower urinary tracts and kidneys, inhibits infection development, reduces the risk of cystitis development, and the development of resistance of pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics in complex therapy. Indications: Formation of salts in the kidneys (urates, oxalates, phosphates, carbonates). Fine urolithiasis. Prevention of recurrence of stone formation after removal of concretions. Gout. Treatment and prevention of urinary tract infections: cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation, during pregnancy and lactation, under 18 years of age, the preparation is taken on the recommendation of a doctor.
