What is it?
Urovel Composition: One Urovel effervescent tablet (4.1 g) contains the following active ingredients: D-mannose - 400 mg, Cranberry extract - 500 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – 135 mg, Zinc - 10 mg, and the following excipients: natural forest berry flavoring, citric acid, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol, sucralose, riboflavins, beetroot concentrate Mechanism of action: Urovel is a combination of D-mannose, cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon), Vitamin C, and zinc. Indications: Used in complex therapy for the following conditions: - Uncomplicated urinary tract infections: cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis (with concomitant vulvovaginitis in women) - in combination with antibiotic therapy - Infectious-inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract during pregnancy, bacteriuria - in combination with antibiotic therapy - Recurrent urinary tract infections, for the prevention of recurrence - Urolithiasis (prevention, complex treatment), post-extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of Urovel. Precautions: Urovel is not used as an alternative to antibiotic therapy. Dosage and administration: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200 ml of cool water and drink the liquid immediately after dissolving. - Acute urinary tract infection: Adults and children over 14 years of age take 1 effervescent tablet once a day for 10-14 days. - Recurrent urinary tract infection: Adults and children over 14 years of age take 1 effervescent tablet once a day for 10 days per month, for 3 months. Side effects: Allergic reactions may occur. Shelf life and storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool place, protected from light, in the original packaging, at a temperature of 0-25°C. Keep out of reach of children.
