Hawthorn dry extract ............... 50 mg Lemon balm dry extract ............... 45 mg Calcium lactate ......................... 50 mg Magnesium thiosulfate .................... 10 mg Pharmacological action: Vagostabil is a combined preparation consisting of a complex of extracts from medicinal plants and minerals. Hawthorn improves heart function, strengthens capillaries and blood vessel walls, and helps normalize blood pressure. Lemon balm exhibits sedative, hypotensive, antispasmodic, and antiemetic effects. Calcium is essential for maintaining stable heart function, for the process of nerve impulse transmission, and also participates in bone tissue formation and blood clotting. Magnesium plays an important role in nerve impulse transmission, thereby contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Indications: Mild forms of neurasthenia accompanied by irritability, anxiety, fatigue, absentmindedness; mild sleep disturbances; climacteric syndrome; functional gastrointestinal disorders; neurocirculatory dystonia. Dosage regimen: Adults: For anxiety, tension, and irritability: 2 tablets 1-3 times a day before meals. For sleep disturbances: 2 tablets during dinner and 2 tablets before sleep. In children: For sleep disturbances: 1 tablet during dinner and 1 tablet before sleep. Side effects: Hypersensitivity reactions are rarely observed. Contraindications: * Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Pregnancy and lactation: Vagostabil can be used during pregnancy and lactation under medical supervision.
