- Pavasedi Food Supplement Composition: 1 capsule contains: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) dry extract - 140mg, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) dry extract - 140mg, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) 0.5% dry extract - 70mg, Magnesium - 120mg, Vitamin B6 - 10mg. Pharmacological group: Herbal sedative agent. Pharmacological properties: Pavasedi is a combined agent with a sedative effect. It contains extracts of medicinal plants Valerian, Lemon balm, Passionflower, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6. Valerian reduces the excitability of the central nervous system. It has a spasmolytic effect. It enhances the action of other sleeping aids. Lemon balm has a calming, spasmolytic effect. It reduces heart rate and causes a decrease in blood pressure. Passionflower has a calming, mild hypnotic, and anti-anxiety effect. It relieves spasms of internal organs of neurogenic origin. Magnesium ensures the reception and transmission of nerve impulses by neurons, and its deficiency in the body leads to excitability and a tendency towards stress. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) participates in the regulation of nervous system activity. It also participates in hemoglobin synthesis and erythrocyte regeneration.
