Pharmacological properties: Melatonin is an epiphysis hormone that regulates the process of falling asleep and sleep phases, relieves insomnia, and has a sedative effect. Melatonin also boosts immunity and is known as the most powerful natural antioxidant. Passionflower has a calming, mild hypnotic, and anti-anxiety effect.
