- Vamelis Vegan Capsules Composition Each vegan capsule contains active ingredients: • Valerian Root Extract (Valeriana officinalis) – 150 mg • Lemon Balm Leaf Extract (Melissa officinalis) – 100 mg • Passionflower Extract (Passiflora incarnata) – 50 mg • Hawthorn Leaf Extract (Crataegus monogyna) – 50 mg • Glycine (amino acid) – 100 mg Indications for Use Stress, anxiety, depression, increased nervous tension, palpitations, insomnia and other sleep disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, menopausal symptoms, mild digestive disorders. Dosage and Administration For adolescents and adults aged 12 and over, take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily, preferably with meals. For insomnia, take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bedtime. Vamelis is prescribed for children under 12 years of age upon doctor's recommendation. Warning Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose without consulting a doctor.
