Pharmacological Action Venosmil is a phlebotonic drug that activates retrograde circulation. Venosmil contains diosmin as an active substance, synthesized exclusively by FAES FARMA S.A. It is proven to promote capillary wall resistance and positively affect venous hemodynamics. Venosmil counteracts retrograde vascular congestion and reduces the risk of hemorrhage caused by increased capillary wall permeability.
