What is it?
Vitagama D3 2,000 IU is a vitamin consisting of 2,000 International Units (cholecalciferol) of Vitamin D3. Vitamin D, also known as the "sun vitamin," is a vitamin produced in the skin with the help of the sun's ultraviolet rays. It enters the human body from the surface of the body and is converted in the liver and kidneys into its active form (1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol). Additionally, Vitamin D can be obtained in the form of a dietary supplement. The best sources for this are fatty herring, mackerel, cod liver, and also mushrooms. Indications: Vitamin D is important for the processes occurring in our body, so it is important to ensure our body is supplied with Vitamin D in a timely manner. Taking Vitagama is recommended when it is not possible to obtain Vitamin D naturally, e.g., when you cannot get sunlight and appropriate food for certain reasons. Sufficient amounts of Vitamin D are important for the body for the following reasons: • For the body to absorb the minerals calcium and phosphorus, thus maintaining sufficient calcium levels in the blood • For the normal functioning of teeth, bones, and muscles • For cell membrane permeability • For the functioning of the immune system Dosage: To ensure the body is supplied with Vitamin D for a long period, it is recommended to take it regularly, regardless of the season and sunbathing. Since Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and is stored in fatty tissue, daily intake is not necessary. Vitagama D3 2000 IU contains 50 mcg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3 per tablet. Taking one tablet of Vitagama D3 2000 IU every other day will provide your body with Vitamin D for a long time. Take the tablet with liquid during a meal, swallow it whole, do not chew. Composition: Filler: Microcrystalline cellulose, Vitamin D concentrate (gelatin, sugar, corn starch), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3), antioxidants (alpha-tocopherol), filler: polyvinylpyrrolidone and silicon dioxide, stabilizer: talc and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, filler: sodium carboxymethylcellulose - gluten and lactose-free - without preservatives and dyes - Storage conditions: Store the preparation in a place protected from children.
