What is it?
Vitagama D3 5.600 IU is a vitamin consisting of 5,600 International Units (cholecalciferol) of Vitamin D3. Vitamin D, also known as the "sun vitamin," is a vitamin produced in the skin with the help of the sun's ultraviolet rays, absorbed by the human body from the surface of the body, and converted into its active form (1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol) in the liver and kidneys. Additionally, Vitamin D can be obtained in the form of a dietary supplement. The best sources for this are fatty herring, mackerel, cod, liver, and also mushrooms. Indications: Vitamin D is important for the processes occurring in our body, so it is important to ensure our body is supplied with Vitamin D in a timely manner.
