What is it?
Name - Vomitus Oral Drops 60ml Bottle #1 Pharmacological Action Vomitus is a natural anti-nausea and anti-vomiting agent. Ginger extract exhibits prokinetic, anticholinergic, antineurokinetic action by inhibiting H1 histamine, M cholinergic receptors, gastrointestinal 5-HT3 serotonin receptors, and dopaminergic D2 receptors. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic action by inhibiting COX-1, COX-2, and 5-lipoxygenase. Vitamin B6 has an intrinsic anti-nausea effect and exhibits synergism with other anti-nausea agents. Indications • Nausea and vomiting caused by various reasons (pregnancy, travel, surgical procedures, chemotherapy, intoxication, infection) • Dyspepsia • Dysmenorrhea Dosage During pregnancy: 1-2 ml 3-4 times a day Before travel: 1-2 ml 1 hour before the start of travel For dyspepsia: 1 ml 3 times a day Daily dose for children: 1-6 years: 3 ml/day 6-12 years: 6 ml/day Contraindications Hypersensitivity to any component of the formula.
