What is it?
Composition: 1 ml of solution contains 0.2 ml Belladonnae tinctura, 0.4 ml Convallariae tinctura, 0.4 ml Valerianae tinctura, 8 mg Mentholum racemicum. Indication: Treatment of neurocirculatory dystonia with functional cardiac disorders (tendency to bradycardia). Valerianae tinctura reduces nervous tension, Convallariae tinctura improves cardiac function, Belladonnae tinctura and menthol relax the muscles of the blood vessels and digestive tract. Contraindication: Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation or ethanol; angle-closure glaucoma, increased intraocular pressure, prostatic hyperplasia with urinary retention; peptic ulcer disease of the stomach and duodenum, paralytic ileus, pyloric or other gastrointestinal obstruction, liver dysfunction, megacolon with wall thickening, hypokalemia; conduction disorders of the heart of various origins and degrees, concomitant administration of cardiac glycosides, acute pulmonary edema, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; myasthenia gravis with transient paralysis. The preparation is contraindicated in children under 12 years of age, pregnant or lactating women. Dosage and administration: The preparation is used as directed by a physician, intended for oral administration only. Single dose: For adults - 20-25 drops. For adolescents over 12 years of age, elderly patients, and patients with renal impairment, it is advisable to reduce the single dose to 18-20 drops. Maximum daily dose: 3 single doses. If symptoms worsen or do not improve within 10-14 days, consult a physician. Storage conditions: Store in a place inaccessible to children, at a temperature not exceeding 25C, in the original packaging.
