- Pharmacotherapeutic group Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Indications Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, bursitis, tendinitis, soft tissue injuries, dysmenorrhea. Contraindications Hypersensitivity to flurbiprofen. The preparation is also contraindicated in patients who exhibit hypersensitivity reactions (bronchial asthma, urticaria or other allergic reactions) to flurbiprofen, aspirin or other non-steroidal drugs. Exacerbation of ulcerative disease or peptic ulcer in history. Use during pregnancy and lactation Pregnancy Trimester I and II Category C. Use is possible if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk to the fetus. Trimester III Category D. Due to the lack of adequate and well-controlled studies, it is not recommended for use in pregnant women. It may be used in life-threatening situations, or for the treatment of serious illness when other medications are not available or insufficient. Prolonged use of NSAIDs in the third trimester of pregnancy may cause: delayed labor, premature closure of the ductus arteriosus in the fetus, and prolonged pulmonary hypertension in the mother. Lactation It is not recommended for use during lactation due to possible side effects of prostaglandin inhibitors in newborns. Dosage and administration If not otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the recommended daily dose is 150-200 mg. Depending on the severity of symptoms, the daily dose can be increased up to 300 mg. For usual pain, the initial dose is 100 mg, followed by 50-100 mg every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily dose is 300 mg. It is not recommended for use in children under 15 years of age due to lack of evidence of efficacy and safety. Storage conditions Store the preparation in its original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, protected from sun and moisture, out of reach of children. Противопоказания Повышенная чувствительность к флубипрофену. Препарат также противопоказан пациентам, проявляющим реакции повышенной чувствительности (бронхиальная астма, крапивница или другие аллергические реакции) при приеме флубипрофена, аспирина или других нестероидных препаратов. Обострение язвенной болезни или пептическая язва в анамнезе. Применение во время беременности и лактации Беременность I и II триместр категория C. Применение возможно, если потенциальная польза превышает потенциальный риск для плода. III триместр категория D. Из-за отсутствия адекватных и хорошо контролируемых исследований не рекомендуется применять у беременных женщин. Возможно применение в жизнеугрожающих ситуациях или при лечении серьезных заболеваний, когда другие лекарственные средства не могут быть использованы или недостаточны.
