What is it?
Composition: Dexketoprofen trometamol. Pharmacotherapeutic group: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; propionic acid derivatives with pronounced analgesic effect. Indications: For symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate acute pain for short-term use, for example, acute muscle or joint pain, menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), toothache. Dosage and administration: Always take as directed by a doctor. It is recommended to take one tablet every 8 hours, not more than 3 tablets per day. In elderly patients or patients with kidney or liver diseases, the dosage is not more than 2 tablets per day. In elderly patients with good tolerance, the dose can be increased to 3 tablets per day. Contraindications: Allergy to dexketoprofen trometamol or other components of the preparation; allergy to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; asthma attacks, acute allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, urticaria, angioneurotic edema or wheezing in the chest after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; increased photosensitivity in the past with ketoprofen or fibrates; peptic ulcer disease, gastrointestinal bleeding or chronic digestive disorders; gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation developed during pain treatment; chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease or non-specific ulcerative colitis; severe heart failure, moderate or severe renal impairment or severe hepatic impairment; increased risk of bleeding or blood clotting disorders; severe dehydration due to vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient fluid intake; third trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding; under 18 years of age. Pregnancy and lactation: Administration of the preparation is contraindicated in the third trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. It is not recommended to take the preparation during the I and II trimesters of pregnancy. Storage conditions: Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C, out of reach of children. Pharmacy dispensing conditions: Over-the-counter.
