- Chlorhexidine - Chlorhexidin 0.05% 100ml Active Ingredient: Chlorhexidine Dosage Form: Solution Dosage and Administration For topical use. For external use. Apply 5-10 ml of solution to damaged skin or mucous membranes for 1-3 minutes, 2-3 times a day (with a tampon or irrigation).
