- Composition: Each ml contains: Active substance: Sodium Diclofenac. Indications: During cataract surgery; Inhibition of postoperative inflammation and perioperative miosis; Prevention of cystoid macular edema associated with lens extraction and implantation; Treatment of anterior segment inflammation of the eye; Non-infectious inflammation, such as chronic conjunctivitis; Post-traumatic inflammation. Dosage and Administration: Cataract surgery: Before surgery: Instill 1 drop 5 times for 3 hours. After surgery: 1 drop 3 times. Post-surgical control: 1 drop 3-5 times a day for the required duration. Treatment of anterior segment inflammation of the eye: 1 drop 4-5 times a day. Reduce or increase according to symptoms. Precautions: Do not use in patients: With hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During asthma attacks, itching, or acute rhinitis caused by acetylsalicylic acid or other cyclooxygenase inhibitors. In pregnant women (after 6 months of pregnancy). Use with caution in patients: With sensitivity to the following drugs (aspirin, phenylacetic acid derivatives, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) as there is a possibility of cross-reactivity (asthma attack, urticaria, or acute rhinitis). Effects on ability to drive and use machines: Temporary blurred vision may occur. Patients should avoid driving and operating machinery when experiencing blurred vision. Contraindications: Do not use concurrently with topical amides, as it may exacerbate the reaction. When used with other substances, they should be administered at 15-minute intervals to avoid dilution of the preparation. The use of topical NSAIDs, such as diclofenac and topical steroids, in patients with pre-existing significant corneal inflammation may increase the risk of developing corneal complications, so caution is advised. In a clinical study, a safe outcome was observed when used with beta-blockers. Pregnancy and Lactation: The drug should not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy. Diclofenac is excreted in breast milk. The use of diclofenac in the eye is not recommended during lactation unless the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk. Animal studies to date indicate no risk during the first 3 and 6 months of pregnancy, however, no studies have been conducted in pregnant women. The drug should not be used from the 6th month of pregnancy, as there is a risk of premature closure of the arterial duct and potential inhibition of contractions. Storage Conditions: Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature not exceeding 10°C, out of reach of children. Use within 1 month of opening. Packaging: 5ml bottle.
