- Composition: One capsule contains: Active substance: 2 billion antibiotic-polyresistant spores of Bacillus clausii. Excipients: Kaolin, Microcrystalline cellulose (E460), Magnesium stearate (E470); Capsule composition: Gelatin, Titanium dioxide (E 171), Purified water. Indications: Treatment and prevention of intestinal dysbacteriosis (dysmicrobiosis) and subsequent endogenous devitaminosis. Supportive treatment for restoring altered intestinal microflora during antibiotic or chemotherapy treatment. Acute and chronic gastrointestinal functional disorders in children, characteristic of intoxication or intestinal dysbacteriosis (dysmicrobiosis) and devitaminosis. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the active substance of the preparation or any of its ingredients. Dosage and method of administration: For oral administration. Dosage: For adults: 2-3 capsules per day. The treating physician may recommend a different daily dose depending on the patient's condition. The recommended interval between single doses (1 capsule) is 3-4 hours. For children over 6 years of age: 1-2 capsules per day. The treating physician may recommend a different daily dose depending on the patient's condition. If the daily dose of the preparation is 1 capsule per day, the preparation should be taken once a day. If the daily dose of the preparation exceeds 1 capsule, the recommended interval between single doses (1 capsule) is 3-4 hours. Method of administration: The capsule should be taken with a small amount of water or other liquid. If children have difficulty swallowing the capsule, the preparation can be used in suspension form.
