Salicin enhances the analgesic, antipyretic, disinfectant, and antiseptic properties of the preparation. Adhatoda vasica - Contains the bitter non-volatile alkaloid vasicine, which provides antiseptic properties and has an extraordinary expectorant effect. Glycyrrhiza glabra - has a soothing and expectorant effect by stimulating tracheal mucous secretion. Viola odorata - is an antihistamine, expectorant, and antipyretic agent. Valeriana officinalis - is a sedative and helps improve the condition during headaches, coughs, and chills. Foeniculum vulgare is effective in respiratory diseases, including asthma and bronchitis. Eucalyptus globules - helps with its antiseptic and expectorant action. Thea sinensis (Chinese tea leaves) causes a feeling of comfort and invigoration as a result of its stimulating effect.
