Clinical-Pharmacological Group Glucocorticoid for external use. Pharmacological Properties Dermatological preparation for external use. It has a strong anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and antipruritic effect. The action of Flucinar is stronger than hydrocortisone. Indications - Acute and severe inflammatory conditions of allergic origin, which are unresponsive to treatment with other steroid agents; - Chronic psoriasis; - Disseminated lupus erythematosus; - Erythema multiforme; - Lichen planus with severe itching, or localized on the nail; - Eczema with lichenification; - Seborrheic dermatitis. Dosage Regimen The preparation is administered topically, its frequency and method of use are determined by a doctor. Usually prescribed: A compress soaked with ointment is applied to the affected skin areas, or a thin layer of ointment is applied directly to the skin. The preparation is administered 2-3 times a day. For psoriasis, an occlusive dressing is used, which adheres tightly to the skin surface. The effectiveness of the treatment depends on the results obtained. The use of the preparation is allowed for no more than 3-4 weeks. Side Effects Prolonged use of the preparation suppresses epidermal growth, causes atrophy of subcutaneous tissue, and the appearance of stretch marks. The following symptoms may occur: skin hyperemia, hyperkeratosis, delayed wound healing, skin bruising. In case of development of these events, it is necessary to inform the doctor. Treatment with the preparation is discontinued in case of acute skin irritation. Contraindications Bacterial, fungal, and viral skin diseases, skin tumors, or precancerous conditions, rosacea and acne vulgaris, hypersensitivity to the preparation in the anamnesis. Pregnancy and Lactation It is not recommended to use the preparation in pregnant women, especially for a long time and on a large area of skin. Special Instructions Prolonged use of the preparation on facial skin is not allowed, as allergic reactions may develop. The preparation is prescribed with caution in patients with glaucoma and cataracts. Flucinar ointment is prescribed for children only in exceptional cases, with caution, for a short period of time. Режим дозирования Препарат назначается местно, частота и способ его применения определяются врачом. Обычно назначается: пропитанная мазью салфетка накладывается на пораженные участки кожи или непосредственно на кожу наносится тонкий слой мази. Препарат назначается 2-3 раза в день. При псориазе используется окклюзионная повязка, плотно прилегающая к поверхности кожи. Эффективность проведенного лечения зависит от полученных результатов. Применение препарата допустимо не более 3-4 недель. Побочные эффекты Длительное применение препарата подавляет рост эпидермиса, вызывает атрофию подкожной клетчатки, появление стрий. Возможно появление следующих симптомов: гиперемия кожи, гиперкератоз, замедление заживления кожи, кровоподтеки на коже. При развитии указанных явлений необходимо информировать врача. Лечение препаратом прекращается при остром раздражении кожи. Противопоказания Бактериальные, грибковые и вирусные заболевания кожи, опухоли кожи или предраковые состояния, розовые и вульгарные угри, повышенная чувствительность к препарату в анамнезе. Беременность и лактация Не рекомендуется применение препарата у беременных, особенно длительно и на больших участках кожи. Особые указания Недопустимо длительное применение препарата на коже лица, так как возможно развитие аллергических реакций. Препарат с осторожностью назначается больным глаукомой и катарактой. Флуцинар мазь детям назначается только в исключительных случаях, с осторожностью, в течение короткого времени. Взаимодействие с другими лекарствами Данные отсутствуют.
