What is it?
Composition: Active substance per suppository: 2.8 g Glycerol. Also contains gelatin, purified water. Indications: Relieves constipation, stimulates intestinal peristalsis. Dosage and administration: Do not take suppositories internally. Wash hands before and after use. Before use, remove the protective cover, tear along the perforations or cut around the suppository. Moisten the suppository with water and then insert into the rectum. For adults and the elderly, use 1 suppository as needed. Side effects: May cause intestinal irritation and abdominal cramps. If any side effects develop, treatment should be discontinued immediately and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any component, children and infants. Special instructions: If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Do not swallow. Pregnancy and lactation: If the patient is or may be pregnant, or plans to breastfeed, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using the product. Glycerin suppositories should not be used during pregnancy without a doctor's recommendation. Overdose: In case of accidental ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.
