Ibuprofen Denk 600 Composition: The active substance is ibuprofen. 1 film-coated tablet contains 600mg of ibuprofen. Other ingredients are: hypromellose, macrogol 6000, magnesium stearate, corn starch, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal hydrated silica, talc, titanium dioxide. Indications: Acute arthritis (including gout); chronic arthritis, especially rheumatoid arthritis (chronic polyarthritis); ankylosing spondylitis (Bechterew's disease) and other inflammatory diseases of the spine; exacerbation of degenerative diseases of joints and spine (arthrosis and spondyloarthrosis); soft tissue rheumatism; post-traumatic painful swelling and inflammation. Contraindications: In case of hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or any other ingredient in this medicine; if the patient has a history of asthma, rhinitis or skin reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. In case of unexplained disorders of the blood-forming system; if a stomach-duodenal ulcer (peptic ulcer) or bleeding has occurred currently or repeatedly in the past (2 or more different episodes of confirmed ulcer or bleeding); if there is a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with the use of non-steroidal anti-rheumatic-anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); in case of intracranial hemorrhage (cerebrovascular hemorrhage) or other active bleeding; in case of acute liver or kidney dysfunction; in case of acute heart failure; in the third trimester of pregnancy; in children and adolescents under 15 years of age.
