Dosage and Administration The method of administration of the drug is determined by the doctor. Usually, the doctor prescribes the drug in a daily dose of 50 mg (2 tablets of 25 mg) or 100 mg on the first day, 100 mg or 200 mg on the second day, 200 mg or 300 mg on the third day, and 300 mg or 400 mg on the fourth day. The dose can be adjusted from 150 mg to 800 mg per day according to individual therapy requirements. After this, the doctor will determine the number of tablets to be taken daily.
