What is it?
Composition: Active ingredients (per 1 sachet): Acetaminophen 160mg, Ascorbic acid 50mg, Chlorpheniramine maleate 1mg. Excipients: Raspberry flavor, Sugar, Powdered sugar, Citric acid, Silicon dioxide, Colloidal silicon dioxide, Sodium citrate, Corn starch, Titanium dioxide, Calcium phosphate, Red dye FD and C #40 (E129). Indications: For symptomatic relief of cold and flu symptoms in children aged 6 to 12 years: runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, headache and muscle pain and/or fever (elevated body temperature). Dosage and administration: For oral administration in children aged 6 to 12 years, independently of food intake, after dissolving the contents of 1-2 sachets in 150ml of warm water. If necessary, it can be taken again at intervals of 4-6 hours, but not more than 4 sachets per day. The total duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days. In case of liver dysfunction, the interval between doses of the preparation should be 8 hours. Contraindications: Children under 6 years of age; individual hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation; liver dysfunction with severe liver failure (more than 9 on the Child-Pugh scale); angle-closure glaucoma; urinary retention associated with prostate dysfunction; fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltase deficiency (due to the presence of sugar in the composition); simultaneous administration of monoamine oxidase inhibitors and within 2 weeks after their discontinuation. Pregnancy and lactation: This medicinal product is used in children. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation. Effects on ability to drive and use machines: Considering the sedative properties of the preparation, patients should refrain from activities requiring increased concentration for 4 hours after administration. Interactions with other medicines: There is no information on the interaction of Anti-Flu Kids with other medicinal products. Storage conditions: Not exceeding 25C, in a place inaccessible to children.
